Shipping Information

We currently use Canada Post to ship packages within Canada from our store in Edmonton, Alberta.  

Canadian Shipping Rates as follows:

Up to $50.00 = $7.99 *

$50.01 - $75.00 = $9.99 *

$75.01 - $155.00 = $11.99 *

Over $155.00 = FREE SHIPPING *

* Heavy items or oversized items may have extra shipping surcharge * In this case customer will be notified prior to shipping for approval of shipping cost.

Other Forms of shipping can be used at customer’s request.  ie. UPS, Fedex, DHL or Purolator.  Charges to be determined at time of shipping.

 

Rush Delivery

We can arrange for a rush delivery using the most cost efficient courier possible. Please let us know if you require a Rush Delivery by calling (780) 760-1228 or email us at littleanniekidzline@shaw.ca and we will contact you with the shipping cost.

General Shipping Info

Items are ready for shipment from Edmonton within 1-2 business days and then shipped out by Canada Post.

Estimate Times for Canada Post shipping is as follows:

  Within Edmonton 1-2 business days

  Anywhere in Alberta 1-3 business days

  Anywhere in Canada 2-7 business days

 

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.  Shipping in a timely & efficient manner is always our top priority.

 

International Shipping

Yes, we will ship basically anywhere the post office goes.  Shipping costs will be determined at time of shipping. Prior approval from customer will be obtained and may alter shipping time.

International shipping takes approximately 20– 30 business days

Return Policy - Internet

Customer satisfaction is our priority at Little Annie Kidzline.  Merchandise purchased via our internet will gladly be exchanged or accepted for returns ( exceptions below ).  Items must be postmarked no later than 15 days from date of receipt of original merchandise.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Items purchased physically in our store in Edmonton, AB are subject to in store return / exchange policies at that location.  Must have receipt and tags on garments.  Any items with 10% off are Final Sales.
